A22 Policies

Rush Fees:

 

If you would like to have your item rushed you have to pay the rush fees applicable to each item. We have experienced some impatient events however there is one person making certain items by hand while also digitally designing the vendor items. So if you want your item sooner after buying it you will be subjected to a rush fee, neglection of paying this fee will result in the item being shipped out within the normal timeframe listed.
Respect Policy:
GOLDEN RULE 
  • Treat everyone how you would want to be treated.
  • A22 strives to provide the best and most respectful customer service possible to each and every one who orders. However, in the event of any of the following occurring between A22 staff and customers: profanities, derogatory remarks or language, demanding demeanor, lack of proper email/message etiquette, your order will be canceled and funds refunded IMMEDIATELY. 
  • There are ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
Customization:
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
  • If you mess up on the customization for the items and notice when it arrives, you will have to pay for a brand-new item. 
  • Also, please ensure that you have all details that you want on your item correct. A22 is not responsible for correcting your personalized items. There is a 24-hour grade period after order submission that will allow you to email A22 about corrections/changes to details on an item, after that grace period nothing can be changed. 
  • Please be advised that you are to EMAIL the A22 email address NOT an Instagram DM.
Potential Scamming Policy:
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCAM A22 
  • The actions of trying to perform a scam will lead to the following consequences: order being canceled and funds refunded immediately, being permanently banned from ever ordering from A22 or any of its affiliated brands (#A22didit) again, as well as the inability of your sister and/or brother being able to order on your behalf. If it is found that you have attempted to have your sister and/or brother order on your behalf, the order will be canceled immediately and funds refunded.

Installments Policy:

When you choose to place an order using the installment option offered through our partnership with Shop Pay, it's essential to understand that your order will only be processed and fulfilled once we have received the total payment amount in full. This policy has been implemented to protect our customers and our brand by reducing the risk of fraud and potential scams.
